Use of our website and the sale and purchase of good from the website are governed by our Terms and Conditions as set out below. ‘We’ or ‘Our’ means Kitaura Designs Limited. ‘You’ or ‘Your’ means the person accessing, using or ordering from our website over the internet.

Prices, description and availability of goods

All prices are shown in GBP (Pounds Sterling). All goods are sold subject to availability. Where goods are temporarily out of stock we will endeavour to contact you so that you may choose between a refund on the item, having it shipped with it is back in stock or selecting an alternative product. While we take the utmost care to ensure the product descriptions, pictures, information and prices are accurate we do not accept liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omission. No contract exists between you and Kitaura Designs Limited until we accept the order by taking payment for the goods. We maintain the right to decline orders without giving an explanation. Colours may vary slight from those shown on the website due to the limitation of the Internet technology.

Processing of orders

Kitaura Designs Limited aims to ship all items within 48 hours of receiving your order, although your order may be delayed if any of the items are not in stock. We will keep you updated by email as to the status of your order.

Payment methods

All orders must be paid for by credit or UK debit cards. We are also happy to accept cheques. We do not accept payment by postal order and you are unable to pay in instalments. We accept Visa (including Delta), Mastercard, Switch & Solo. All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and credit/debit card transaction for order outside the UK will be converted by the card company at their current exchange rate.

Delivery arrangements

Your shopping basket displays the good you have purchased. Kitaura Designs aims to ship all items within 48 hours of receiving your order and payment. We will notify you by email, if your goods are not able to be despatched within this timescale. For next day delivery please ensure that your order is in by midday the previous working day and you accept the additional cost in postage. Delivery outside the UK to be arranged on request.

Returns and refunds

We do our utmost to ensure that items arrive to you in shipshape condition. Our no ‘questions’ means that for any reason you are unhappy with the goods purchased you may cancel your order and return the goods to us within 7 working days from receipt the goods. You will receive a refund within 30 days of cancellation. It is your responsibility to take care of the goods before returning. The goods must be returning in ‘as good as new’ condition, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.

Contract

No contract for the supply of good will be deemed to exist between you and Kitaura Designs unless, and until, an email is sent by Kitaura Designs to you that your order has been shipped. The confirmation email accounts to an acceptance by Kitaura Designs of your offer to buy goods from Kitaura Designs and this acceptance is effective regardless of whether or not you receive the email. Kitaura Designs are free to withdraw from a prospective contract at any time prior to acceptance. This also applies in the case of any error or inaccuracy in respect of the goods, any description applied to the goods, the availability of the goods or the order itself. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.

Complaints

Should you have a complaint with the service or products we provide please contact Customer Services by email on info@kitauradesigns.co.uk or 07879 818620. Please let us have a telephone number to enable us to discuss your complaint. All complaints MUST be made within 5 working days of receiving your goods. Kitaura Designs will aim to advise you how long it will take to resolve the complaint and keep you informed throughout the process.

Security is one of our highest priorities and we take every precaution to protect your personal information both online and offline. Personal information requested when registering or ordering goods is kept by Kitaura Designs to the highest confidentiality.

Kitaura Designs disclaims all such representations and warranties, including for example warranties of merchantability and fitness of a particular purpose.

Illegal acts

It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught wilfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Governing law

All purchases from Kitaura Designs are subject to UK law.

Modification of terms

Kitaura Designs Limited reserves the right to modify these terms at any time prior notice. Any modification of these terms will be deemed to be effective from the date and time of posting on the Kitaura Designs site.
